Lately we've been remembering some of our past installations on FlashBackFriday via Twitter. This week we thought that we'd give you an insight into some of our current work. We work with Cake & Biscuits quite regularly and have recently supplied them with a Bowl Feeder.This system is used to feed and orientate various types of lids. It's compromised of a lid placer, lid secure, with the ability to pick and place into trays and tray dispenser.
In the video embedded, you can see how the Vibratory Bowl Feeder sorts the lids and allows them to be picked and placed. This machine, with single line capper, is capable of sifting through and organising up to 25 per minute. For a different perspective on this mechanism you can see more here.
