Due to the nature of business at Quaker, we've been busy supplying a packing system that's to high Food Quality standards, ATEX approved and stainless. The Double Pedestal Big Bagger has been issued for the job.
Other devices have been issued in addition to the bagger which includes a bag inflation device and compaction tables. These compaction tables are incredibly useful as they allow a product to be settled and compacted.

We've come to the end of one of our larger jobs over at Wykamol, Wykamol are suppliers of specialist coatings and treatments for walls and floors, as well as offering products for water/damproofing and a wide variety of others. Their products come in many forms, including powdered substances. For this we have utilised a Mini Packer which has the capability to fill Valve Sacks of weighing between 2-15kg.
More recently, however, we have developed a Double Bag Placer with a bespoke fitting system. The system has been designed to dramatically improve speed and therefore raising the overall effectiveness of packing the products.

We've spent a lot of our time over the last year working with Macphie to bring them an effective Packing System. Macphie are a wonderfully reputable company who specialise in the manufacturing of food ingredients. An array of these cater to people with gluten free diets while there are also dairy free alternatives in their product range too. With a mixture of both sweet and savoury, their products are widely used across the world by chefs and bakers to bring you a delicious selection of treats.
We've worked on the packing of powdered products and supplied a Pedestal Big Bagger and Throat Metal Detector. In addition to this there is an Automatic Reject System and large capacity (3000kg) Vacuum Conveyor. Everything was manufactured to the highest standards in Food Quality Stainless Steel and ATEX approved.

One of our most recent installations was over at TWL, a company that specialises in warehousing, storage and logistics. Over the years we've carried out a number of installations with the company who now home 6 of our machines.
Zircon Sand
TWL handle various materials, for example, zircon sand and carbon. Other products dealt with include, but aren't limited to, gravels, grits and abrasives so our Bag Filling Systems do exceptionally well in handling these. The latest supplied machine was an ATEX Turbo Packer.
